Corporate Membership is open to all organisations. It's a benefit that organisations can offer to their employees on an annual basis. Corporate Membership can be either Associate Membership, or Accredited Coach Membership, or a combination of both.


The organisation can set-up an account with the ECI to purchase their employees membership at a discounted rate.
For Corporate Membership the benefits are as follows:

• Actively and visibly promote the coaching profession within your organisation.



• Actively and visibly promote the development of coaching skills within your organisation.



• The opportunity to be awarded The European Award for Coaching Excellence.



• A single payment, either annually or taking advantage of further discounts, for payment processing purposes.



• Full benefits of the ECI for each designated employee. These benefits are found on the Membership Benefits home page, the Associate Members home page, and/or the Accredited Coaches home page.

The Corporate Membership structure is as follows:

• 1 - 5 members - 5% discount per member



• 6 - 10 members - 10% discount per member



• 11 - 15 members - 15% discount per member



• 16 - 20 members - 20% discount per member



• 21+ members - 22.5% discount per member

Who is the Corporate Membership open to? Any organisation can benefit from Corporate Membership. The organisation could be a coaching organisation, or it could be a non-coaching organisation hiring coaches, or it could be a non-coaching organisation where employees of the organisation have an interest in coaching and in coaching skills.

One member of staff will be allocated as the main point of contact. This member of staff, maybe the business owner, the HR Director, the team leader, the project manager, the accountant, or anyone taking responsibility for the employees within their organisation. They will complete the relevant paperwork and on receipt of the organisations payment, the employees will be notified of their membership status. The employees receiving this benefit may all be Associate Members, may all be Accredited Coaches, or maybe a combination of Associate Members and Accredited Members.

Each employee is an individual member and as such will be provided with their own membership number and membership login.

Where an employee selects to leave the organisation, they will retain their membership. Membership with the ECI is granted to the individual and is therefore non-transferable, nor refundable. At the end of their membership period the organisation will be asked to confirm the employees within their Corporate Membership. Where an employee has left but wishes to retain their membership, they may renew their membership individually.


Points to note:

1. the Corporate Membership Discount for Associate Members, applies to annual fees.



2. the Corporate Membership Discount for Accredited Coaches applies to both the accreditation apply fee and the on-going annual fees.



3. the Corporate Membership is an on-going membership on the condition that the fees are paid up-to-date.



4. the Corporate Membership can be renewed in line with the term of the membership.



5. the organisation is registering their employees for this membership option. Therefore members will be entitled to the Corporate Discount for the length of time that they are employees of the organisation.



6. payment is made by the organisation.
