Veronica Cooper is the managing director of The Coaching Alliance Ltd, an organisation that works in partnership with its clients to retain and develop talented women. She specialises in Women Returners, Career Development and Mentor Coaching for professional women in large organisations and SMEs, helping them achieve both professional and personal goals.

Veronica is an Accredited Business Coach, NLP Business Practitioner, Practitioner of Life Coaching and an Accredited Member of the ECI. She is involved with The Hertfordshire Women's Support Organisation Partnership and has contributed to the Hertfordshire Women's Enterprise Strategic Framework Consultation.

A Professional Public Speaker, Veronica has spoken at Lehman Brothers, CSFB, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and BUPA. She also writes features for the Business Independent and Focus Newspaper Group. Prior to becoming a Coach Veronica worked in Investment Banking and Recruitment.

In 2004 Veronica devoted much of her time to research into the issues that faced businesses and individuals when returning to work from maternity leave. From this research she developed the Women Returners Program which she now delivers to corporate clients for The Coaching Alliance Ltd.

Veronica was born and raised in Canada and relocated to London 20 years ago. She is married and lives in Hertfordshire. Her interests include fitness, walking and training her dogs, gardening, travelling and continuing her personal and professional development.
