Tina is a fully qualified and experienced trainer and corporate coach and qualifications include the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Professional Qualification Scheme. Tina is also a certificated Business NLP Master Practitioner and has attended NLP Coach training with Dr David Shepherd of The Performance Partnership. Tina has a Diploma in Life Coaching with Noble Manhattan and a certificate for basic counselling skills. She is also currently studying for a Masters Degree in Learning and Development with Exeter University.

An accredited practitioner member of the ECI, Tina is International Head of Conferences and Events.

Tina has coached regularly as part of a training role since 1988 and in February 2000, went freelance, becoming Director of her own limited training company in February 2002 working with various organisations both in the private and public sector. Specific coaching experience includes working with the Child Support Agency between May and August 2002 coaching staff in customer service and dealing with clients over the telephone. More recently, sales training and on-site coaching has been carried out for the Post Office since September 2003 and Tina has been coaching senior managers at BASF Printing Systems in Horsham. Although most of the coaching has been corporate work, Tina's work with a private client earned her the "Excelerate Power Coach 2004" award from a national coaching bureau.
